The historic studios at berrendo road
The Historic Studios at Berrendo Road is composed of 6 houses and 10 studios spaces sited on 7 acres of an open field.
The Historic Studios at Berrendo Road is the site of the original Roswell Artist-in-Residence Program and is now on the United States National Register of Historic Places. The Historic Studios have been transformed into affordable housing and studios for RAiR alumni and other visual artists.

The Historic Studios is a small community of working artists who live and work in close proximity to one another. Priority is given to former residents of the Roswell Artist-in-Residence Program.
