Filmmaker Talk and Screening with Brad Abrahams
November 17, 7 PM at AMoCA
Filmmaker Brad Abrahams presents an evening of strange human stories drawn from the fringes of belief. Through a selection of his short and feature work, he explores the stories of extraordinary experiencers, and the thin boundary between fact and faith, followed by an open conversation with the audience.
Brad Abrahams is a Canadian-born filmmaker living in Austin, TX. He tells stories about fringe subcultures, obscure history, and belief. His feature "Love and Saucers" turned into a cult hit, and his shorts have garnered multiple Staff Picks and Short of the Week awards. He now programs for Fantastic Fest and is a co-host on the popular conspiracy culture podcast QAA. He is soon to premiere his second feature-length documentary, "Gimme Truth", in 2026, co-directed with Simon Ennis.
